A small company on purpose
Razade Technologies is a software company in Berlin, registered in September 2026. It is run by Muhammad Raza, who writes the code, talks to the clients and makes the calls on technical trade-offs.
Muhammad started in 2014 at Panacloud in Karachi, in a two-month bootcamp where the team built a Swift app while Swift was still in Apple’s beta. He moved to Invision Custom Solutions in 2016, where he was one of the first employees, and to VentureDive in 2017, where he helped move Objective-C apps to Swift.
At TelloTalk he joined as the founding engineer and was promoted to Lead Software Engineer. He refactored the iOS and Android apps to MVVM and CLEAN architecture, built the CI/CD pipelines with Fastlane and GitLab Runner, wrote and documented the TelloCast SDK that lets another app add chat with one line of code, and built push notification services on Node.js on AWS.
Today he builds products of his own, Biznefit, Discernion, PlayAcorn and Gadgets By Raza.
How we work
- You talk to the person who does the work.
- We write things down: scope, decisions, handover notes.
- We review code, write coding guidelines and run technical interviews.
- We say so when a model or a new tool is the wrong answer.
