Privacy notice. This English draft is for orientation. It must be reviewed, and a German version provided, before launch.

2. What this website does with your data
The site sets no cookies for tracking, uses no analytics and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, maps or videos. Fonts are served from our own domain.
If you pick a light or dark theme, your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) so the page remembers it. It never leaves your device.
3. Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, the host processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser type in server logs, so that the site can be delivered and kept secure.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in a secure, working website). Data transfers to the USA rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Logs are kept only as long as needed for these purposes.
4. Contact form and email
If you use the form, we process the name, email address, company (optional) and message you enter, to answer your request. The message is delivered to us by the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which processes it on our behalf.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete enquiries once the matter is finished, unless retention duties apply.
If you write to us by email, we process the details of your message in the same way.
5. Links to other sites
This site links to external pages such as GitHub, LinkedIn, Toptal and our products. Those sites are only contacted when you click a link. Their own privacy notices apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent at any time.
You can complain to a supervisory authority. For Berlin this is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.
7. Changes
